These Terms of Service govern your use of DoAssignment.ca, including online tutoring, AI Blackboard, AI Tutor, homework checking, AI Buddy, video solutions, notebook features, chat, file uploads, bookings, and related services. By using DoAssignment.ca, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

DoAssignment.ca is designed to support learning. AI explanations, tutor guidance, homework checks, PDFs, notes, and video solutions are educational aids. Students remain responsible for understanding their coursework and following their school, university, or instructor's academic integrity rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person.

Student content and uploads

You may upload or submit educational materials, questions, images, files, and messages. You are responsible for having the right to use and submit that content. Do not upload private, harmful, illegal, or unrelated content.

AI-generated content

AI-generated explanations may occasionally contain mistakes. You should review important answers, calculations, and academic conclusions carefully. DoAssignment.ca does not guarantee that AI-generated content is always complete, correct, or suitable for every use.

Tutoring sessions

Tutoring sessions are arranged between students and tutors through the platform. Users should attend sessions respectfully, arrive prepared, and use chat, file uploads, and meeting tools appropriately.

Payments, credits, and refunds

Paid services, subscriptions, tutoring sessions, AI credits, and video solution credits may be subject to posted prices, usage limits, and refund rules shown at checkout or in the account area. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Published educational videos

Some video solutions or anonymized session lessons may be uploaded to YouTube or shown in the website video library. We aim to remove personal student information and publish only anonymized educational content when this feature is enabled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or harassing activity.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Upload malware, spam, private data you are not allowed to share, or content that violates others' rights.
• Misuse AI tools to cheat, impersonate, or violate academic rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, fail, pause, or be discontinued due to maintenance, third-party service issues, technical limits, or business reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DoAssignment.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on AI-generated or tutor-provided educational content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
